MSI Rebate Service

Hi all,
I bought msi gtx 760 from newegg here when it was still at 250$ after rebate

Now I have a problem with the rebate, when I fill the details on the rebate form
they send me an email saying 'am almost done

"Congratulations! You are almost finished. This email is to confirm your recent application for rebate offer MSI-xxxxx.
Your Tracking number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx."

and then after that nothing happen
no email that am done
i go to the tracking
https://msi.4myrebate.com/Claim/TrackaRebate
and write down the tracking number
and my zip code as they ask
but it tells me we dont have you on our records

Any Suggestions? have any of you dealt with them before?
your help would be greatly appreciated, thnx

The tracking number will be a postal number, not Newegg.

They ship you a prepaid debit card, by memory.

It keeps telling me that the Tracking number that they've given me themselves doesn't exist!
and there is nothing by memory
