Yet another GPU upgrade question

Hi guys,

I'm going crazy trying to decide between 3 cards... I'm using it mostly for gaming in 1440p - WoW, FFXIV, Watch Dogs, etc

I'm adding a poll, but explanations are also more than welcome. Please keep in mind that the extra cost of the mars760 is a huge con for me, and I would only get it if it's absolutely worth it. I'm planning on getting a second of whichever I choose to SLI next year

it depends on your budget. 760<770<780. if you want to sli next year, get the 780 if you can afford it, if not the 4gb 770 or the R9 290.

My budget is flexible, but I thought that the mars 760x2 was higher tier? I'm only considering GTX because I don't want to switch motherboards

oooooh didnt dee it was the dual card *palm face* then i would recommend the 770 4gb version, 780, or 290.

Am I wrong about the whole motherboard thing? I was under the impression that certain motherboards are only for NVIDIA and others are only for AMD

no, any mobo will take any card that physically fits.

Ohhhhh. Do you think I'd have a problem with any of them fitting in mine? I have an Intel DP67BG with a CM HAF 922 case
