My first computer build. Is it balanced?

I'm trying to build a non-overclocking system that is balanced and will last me a little while (3+ years). I mostly play WoW. Thinking windows 7 for OS.

What do you think? Notice any glaring mistakes? I'm not entirely sure the 450 watt PSU is enough or if I should go 500ish.

I would get the i5-4570 instead. It more powerful for nearly the same cost. I would bump up the RAM to CL9 1866. Like these G SKILL Snipers. The rest looks good to go. I would recommend Seasonic or XFX on the power supply.
