Sorry for the n00b question, but I recently built a nice gaming rig, and have been using my lcd tv to play games but someone told me that you get crappier resolution on a tv because of lower pixel count. I haven't actually noticed the resolution being "crappy" but then again, I've never actually owned a computer monitor, I've always used a tv. So my question is, should I buy a new monitor or keep my tv? I only have about 150$ to spend on one. So which is better:

My current TV: http://www.amazon.com/Philips-22PFL4505D-F7-22-Inch-Bla...

The monitor I would get: http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-VS239H-P-23-Inch-Full-HD-Mon...

Bonus question: Am I able to play the 360 on a monitor?

that monitor is way better, your TV only is 720p, the monitor is 1080p so its Full HD and does have more pixels-> will be more work for your GPU!!
The monitor also has a lower reaction time so there is less/no lag- blur
however you might want to look around for an even better monitor, acer for example have great cheap monitors I don´t know what it would cost for you but I can suggest the G246H or Samsung
But yea they are way better than your TV :D
