Graphics Failure BIOS Beeps

I am in the process of building a new PC and have installed the components, see below, on the motherboard.

Gigabyte GA-H87M-HD3 Motherboard
Intel Core i7 4770
Corsair Memory Vengeance Jet Black Low Profile 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz

However when i turn the PC on i get 1 long & 2 short BIOS beeps, i think this is a graphics/monitor problem. Also i don't get any display on the monitors, which do work

Is there any way to fix this or diagnose further?

Replace RAM and check first,
u told 1 long & 2 short BIOS beeps that is memory deduction code stage.
display problem will possible to come with graphics post also.
if you using gaming version board display only come in graphics card.

Yea, reseat everything you have installed (RAM, Graphics card) and check connection cables and power lines.
