New build advice please.

So far I have purchased the Video Card and nothing else (I got a great deal on it). any changes you guys can see? I can go up on price a LITTLE bit but not much. If you see anything that can be changed to save money without affecting performance please let me know! This is going to be for games and movies and that's about it. I will be hooking it up to a 32" HDTV and a secondary basic monitor for web browsing etc.

also I would get rid of the SSD and although the price has gone up by about a fiver you have got double the RAM!

Why would you choose that motherboard over the 990? Isn't the 990 better? What is the point of spending $130+ dollars on ram when I can get the same amount with the same clock speed for so much less. What makes it that much more expensive? Thanks for your help, after doing some reading I've changed my cpu cooler and canned the ssd

sorry again about the previous one I was trying to keep the price down as you said and the motherboard wouldn't have affected the overall performance really as both could support 2100mhz RAM as in the build below with a modified selection for the motherboard, RAM and cooler, the cooler would allow for better OC'ing of the CPU should you ever need to do that:
