MSI r9 270 Overclocking

Hello.
I recently got the r9 270
And i am new at overclocking since this is my first GPU and since my cpu is a non k edition

MSI R9 270

Without OC
CORE CLOCK 955 MHz
MEMORY CLOCK 1400 MHz

AFTER OC
CORE CLOCK 1100 MHz
MEMORY CLOCK 1500 MHz
The gpu after oc has a stable low to max heating at 70-75 when im gaming or testing.

But i want to oc it a bit more The card is crashing and my pc is restarting if im getting over
1100MHz on core clock

I think it might be because its getting to low power.
Anyone who have some experience with overclocking gpu's who could help me?
i will really apreciate it if yes

And yes i have tested it with with some stressing programs after every time i had pushed the core clock

Did you slide the power limit to the max to the right?
What power supply do you have?

Corsair CS750M gold certified
YEah i have tried to slide it to the max and im using msi afterburner

If you lower your memory clock slightly, you can increase your clock speed a bit more.

but how is your settings with your core and memory?

mine is 1120 core 1400 mem
