Thats a good build, but i'd make a few changes. I know things are more expensive in Australia but I think that 8gb ram is still pretty expensive (correct me if im wrong). You got a z97 board but not a K cpu so you can't overclock anyways. I advise against the v300 ssd because they use cheaper quality flash in the new ones. Kingston is still fine, just don't use the v300 series, or you can use crucial, intel, or samsung ssds. Other than that looks like a solid build.

Optional: If you don't plan on increasing ram, especially if your motherboard has 4 slots, you should get a 2x4gb kit of ram so it can run in dual channel.

Thanks for your opinion. I totally agree with you. The motherboard doesn't suit my build. It cost me too much and I don't get too much benefit form it. I don't know how to pick a just fit motherboard. I am thinking build a Micro ATX but there is not too much choice of Micro ATX case and PSU (ATX seems cheaper than Micro ATX). I will find a good SSD when they have discount :) Is it two 4GB better than one 8GB RAM? They are same price. Thank you again!

Im still new to pc building, so take this with a grain of salt.

But, i am assuming your board has 2 ram slots, and if you wanted to go up to 16gb eventually, wouldn't it be better to just get one stick of 8, so that you could go up to 2x 8gb if you wish to later?

That's true if there's only two slots but most atx motherboards, especially z series ones have 4 slots
