On that budget you should be going for dual GTX 780TI and then you'd still have about 500 quid left over for anything else you would need (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc) :

- Downgraded SSD (you don't come out ahead purchasing 512GB)
- Don't need an i7 or 16GB of RAM for gaming
- 1KW is major overkill for a dual card setup
- Dropped BR-R burner (you don't need it since all media is moving toward cloud and online distribution)
- Cooler Master Eisburg is based on a Swiftech radiator where Corsair H100i is a generic Asetek unit

I would ditch the Sabertooth board only because there is this other Asus board that will probably benefit you better (and it has Z97 chipset as well as an extra PCI-E slot) http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-maximusviihero

Also I have heard from another fellow that he has the 750D and it gets quite loud, so if it were me I would probably switch for something quieter, but that's just me.

Lastly, why do you need a kilowatt PSU? Do you plan for future upgrades? If so I would keep it, however if not switch it for a 800W at the most.

Other than that it looks okay to me dude, you must have done your research :)

The Radeon R9s are complete power hogs, that's for sure, but most NVIDIA cards are moving in the opposite direction and getting far more energy efficient than they used to be. Even for future upgrades unless you're going to be running triple SLI or some other crazy configuration then 1KW is warranted but for most uses you won't need it.

Agreed... This is why I would rather stay with the GTX series since it would be less power to SLI two cards at once.
