There's a couple of questions I have:

1. Why go mATX? Any reason to get that over a full tower?
2. In a tight space, the R9s are going to generate massive amounts of heat and use a lot more power than the equivalent NVIDIA cards. You don't want to deal with that if you can possibly help it, it would be better to get a GTX 780 or 780TI.
3. What's your overall budget? I see a few things that could be improved and then you could get a different GPU

1. Mobility and space really made the mATX decision, i have switched the case out to the corsair 350D
2. I was concerned about the heat but someone said it wouldn't so went with the R9
3.Honestly at this moment i wouldn't want to push it much further i would be happy to go to a 780 ti, but if you were able to provide improvements i would definitely consider them

You can get the new Z97 chipset version of the motherboard for just a bit more: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-maximusviigene

I would change the RAM to this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmy8gx3m2b2133c9r
Haswell overclocks better with faster RAM.

I would change the gpu to something from NVIDIA: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-03gp43788kr
The GTX 780 is just as strong but it's not a huge power hog and won't run as hot. Also, this version is the classified that is binned to have higher OCs than other 780s.

For the psu, the RM has been known to have some heating issues. The XFX psu is much better: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650xxxb9

You can definitely get a GTX 780TI if you make a few changes:
