AMD Driver Help

How would i go about installing my chipset drivers and video card drivers on a fresh install of windows 8?
Also please answer question above and if not , how to install drivers correctly???
Motherboard: ga970ad3p
GPU: r9 270x asus

you should be able to get the video drivers from the AMD website

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql.exe
