Hello,

Ive got an ASUS H87-Pro Mainboard: http://www.asus.com/de/Motherboards/H87PRO/HelpDesk_QVL/

And according to ASUS, it supports the following ram-modules:
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1150/H87M-E/H87_Series_Memory_QVL_list_Report.pdf

Now, what I'd like to know is if the mainboard will run with this memory:
http://www.amazon.de/Corsair-CML8GX3M2A1600C9G-Vengeance-Profile-Arbeitsspeicher/dp/B00EH1QUES/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1402497710&sr=8-12&keywords=vengeance+low+profile+8GB

Whats important is the model number:
CML8GX3M2A1600C9G

Now, in the linked list of supported memory, we find the model
CML8GX3M2A1600C9
to be supported
However, theres no entry for a CML8GX3M2A1600C9G
although the "G" might refer only to the color of the modules body?
The chips should be the same? I can't find any info on that on the internet.

Furthermore, in the list of supported memory, the model CML8GX3M2A1600C9 is only listed as the 4GB version. Does this mean the board doesn't support the 8GB version?`

Please help me on this, since I really don't know any way of finding it out via google :/

Ja, sehr gut. That should fit and work fine. I wouldn't put too much stock in the memory QVL. That is simply RAM that they were able to verify during testing. As long as you meet the specs of DDR3, 1.5V, and stay withing the speed range, there should be no problems.
