On the motherboard I am planning on buying it says it has DDR3 3200(O. C.) support. On the ram it says it is a Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 MT/s. Can the RAM still go into the motherboard because it is a 1600 and the motherboard supports 3200?

The MB should be able to support 1600MHz ram. 3200(OC) is just a a higher speed that the MB will support. The (OC) means "overclock" that you will have to set it up in BIOS to get that speed. So, anything slower should be no problems. Memory speed depends on which MB and CPU you have?
