I've been looking over reviews for a few months now and finally came to the conclusion of these parts. I just want to know if this is the best I can do for a $1150-$1200 budget gaming computer. I mainly play CS:GO and WoW and occasionally stream. Also, wasn't sure on which case is the best so I just picked this one due to comments.

If you have a bit extra money, you may want to think about a better PSU, the CX line isn't know for its longevity, perhaps a nice seasonic unit

Do you think the Rosewill case is the best I could get for this budget? Mainly for airflow and hopefully the CPU cooler fits in there without problem.

The r9 290 is a fair bit better in fact, it is as good as or slightly better than the GTX 780

I'd highly recommend you don't take that build if you want to overclock.
