Hi!
I'm going to build a PC for the first time. The parts i've chosen is meant to be fairly future proof and easy to upgrade. I also have plans for oc the cpu. So i'm not sure if all the components that i've chosen will work.

Mobo: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
Cpu: Amd fx-8350
Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Gpu: Gigabyte GTX 770 2gb Windforce
Psu: Corsair CS650M
Ram: Kingston HyperX Blu 1600 Mhz DDR3 (2x4gb)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro (Window Version)
Storage: Western Digital Blue 1TB

So do you think these parts will work good together? I'm also open to suggestion for other parts!

Seems to be for gaming I assume? This RAM should be good, if it is within your budget and your MB will support it. https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f32133c10d8...

What kind of games are you looking to play?

Yes, it's for gaming. Those G.Skill costs twice as much in my country unfortunately. Is there any other ram that would work?
And I'm planning on playing games like Bf4, Watch Dogs, Minecraft, Far Cry 4.

I was going to say if you plan on MMOs, from what I read intel would be better(no I am not trying to argue or start a war, just a statement). From what I have read though the AMD would be fine for BF4. I understand bad coded games works better on intel.

What about A-data memory cost?

I chose the AMD because it's cheaper were i live and still performs pretty well.

A-data memory is something in my price range, but there is not so many that sell them. Is it any difference between Dram and Ram?

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/307717-30-dram-sdram says a little about it. When looking at ram you can find out which will perform better.
Example the g.skill i selected 2133 @ 10 CAS, 1866 @ CAS 9. The 2133@10 is better. To find out which is better, you do math like CAS divided by freq(10 divided by 2133) vs 9 divided by 1866. The lowest result is the better one. 10/2133=0.004688233 while 9/1866=0.004823151.

Thanks for the tip! I found G.skill ripjaws x ddr3 1866MHz CL8 for 669kr or 104$ (pretty cheap where i live). Would these work?

I have seen many people say you will not see much difference in speed in a 1600 and 1866. So you could go with the 1600 if you like. Also could search "ram speed" and see if what I found was correct. People said it isn't noticeable if using the pc, but benchmarks say otherwise.

http://support.asus.com/QVL.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=24&... lists qualified memory modules.

Also went to g.skill's site and it lists the 1333 and 1600 for that motherboard. So that may not work.

According to pcpartpicker.com these are compatible:
https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/?compatible_with=...

I have found some ram modules that work according to Pcpartpicker. CML8GX3M2A1600C9 they are maybe not the fastest ones but they would work just fine for me. And these F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL they won't be the right color, but i can live with that.

Not much noticeable speed difference between 1600 and 1866. If it was 1600@CLS 10 then I would suggest to choose a different set. Also the most important is gpu and cpu for gaming. I would suggest to get atleast 8 gigs of ram. Get two 4GB ones and make sure they are exactly the same brand, speed and everything.
