I'm currently using a GTX 780 Ti that has HDMI, DVI-I, DVI-D and DisplayPort outputs.

I'm currently using 2 1080p TVs as monitors, both running at 60Hz. I'm upgrading these within a month, though, to a ASUS VG248QE (1080p/144Hz), and over a year or so plan to have 3 of these for 3-screen gaming. The VG248QE has DisplayPort, HDMI and DVI-D inputs. My question is, can those 3 cables allow 1080p at 144Hz?

You need to use the displayport or DVI-D but the displayport is the better choice and is easier as well, HDMI is limited to 60hz though

I'd personally use the HDMI if you don't care about the 144Hz, and if so, I would use the DisplayPort or DVI-D inputs.

Dual link DVI-D, which can be connected on either the DVI-D or DVI-I ports will work, and so can Displayport. The only one that will not work is HDMI. That monitor doesn't support HDMI 2.0 (there are pretty much 0 monitors that do).

Displayport and Dual Link DVI-D will give an equal experience, other than the bug that causes problems with Sleep mode with Displayport.
