Earlier I made a thread to get reviews on specs for building my new rig here : http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2172255/reviews-850-amd-gaming-build.html

I was planning to go with the Sapphire R9 270X TOXIC. But then I saw that the Zotac GTX 760 just 400 INR more (~ US $6.2). People tell me that I should go with the GTX 760. So here are my queries:

1. Will a GTX 760 work well with my specs (especially my mobo)? (given later or visit link above)
2. The Zotac card seems to have gone with the reference design with a single fan? I hope the card doesn't burn out. On the other hand, Sapphire TOXIC are really really cool.
3. Sapphire and AMD's giving me 2 free AAA titles (AMD Never Settle/Rewards). Any good here?

Specs are:
1. CPU: FX 6300 BULLDOZER UNLOCKED
2. MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 (ROG)
3. RAM: G.Skill RipJawsX Dual Channel 8GB
4. PSU: Seasonic 620W S12II/M12II Bronze+
5. HDD: WD 7200 RPM 1TB
6. CASE: Deepcool Tesseract BF (Trying to get it, its out of stock right now)

The stock 760 will still beat a R9 270 toxic. However i would recommend a cheaper R9 270X alternative then the toxic.
Get the non-reference design of the R9 270X.
Also you can get a R( 270 and overclock it to the same level of a R9 270X as well.

Oh! So I should go for the Sapphire R9 270X Dual-X maybe (saves me ~ $ 46) . That was my original pick. Please take a look at these (BTW all of these are 2GB variants):
1. Sapphire R9 270X Dual-X
2. Sapphire R9 270X Vapor-X (would rather get TOXIC)
3. MSI R9 270X Gaming
4. Asus R9 270X Direct CU II TOP

Also no go for the GTX 760? :p

For a stock reference 760, no i would not get it.
All the R9 270X you listed are equally good. The reason why i suggested not to get the R9 270X toxic is that you won't see much benefit in terms of performance. They should all perform the same when overclocked to the same clock speed and memory speed. The R9 270X doesn't really need three fans to cool it. Dual fans cooler are already sufficient. However, if you prefer the aesthetics then you could get it then.
