Laptop black screen without boot

my laptop is Toshiba satellite a215-s4697
i am having black screen on startup.led indicator is NOT but no front edge satellite logo light and therre is no display on screen
i have cleaned fans,heatsink and applied thermal paste to both gpu(ati radeon x1200) and cpu.but still there is blackscreen.
black screen NOT always.but if it is allowed to cool for sometime and started,then it is starting good.if i restart laptop ,then again black screen occurs
UNABLE TO RESTART LAPTOP
please suggest me a solution

The same thing happened to my brother's old Toshiba Satellite laptop and he ended up getting a new laptop. Have you tried putting a fan near it and seeing what happens?
