Pc monitor for tv,video's

I have a Asus PB298Q which is a 21:9 2560x1080 monitor, i use it every day with 2 site, each using half of my screen, watching tv, movie or music video, my media player takes up some space from facebook,cam chat or a hardware forum like tomshardware.

I there for want a smaller monitor just above my monitor to use for watching movies,tv,music videos or some extra monitor when i play games(my 42" tv is to the left of me so i often have to turn around to watch tv if i am using my pc and my tv at the same time)

My problem is i want an ips monitor (viewing angle), 1080, good picture and vesa for no more then 130-140€ with delivery (denmark)

Philips E-line 227E4QSD, LG 22EA63V-P, Acer G227HQL, AOC Value I2269VW,ASUS VS229HV, LG 22EA53VQ-P,Acer H226HQLbmid all 21.5" Acer V236HLbd 23" are just within my price limited (some under some over, but only by a few €).

Just don't know which one i should buy (some other then the ones i mentioned?) and in what size? 24" everbody say is perfect for 1080 but i don't need a very big screen (not the same as i don't want one),just something that has the right size compared to my 29" 2560x1080 Asus PB298Q 1080,good viewing angle and picture, vesa i guess more or less every new monitor has.
