Yeah, this will work.

That PSU is totally overkill for a GX 750 Ti, even if you go dual-SLI with it. A better choice would be a 350W or 450W PSU. If you decide to SLI the 750 Ti then a 750W PSU should be good enough. I would recommend a PSU by Corsair, Seasonic, Antec or XFX since they make better quality PSUs that have a lower probability of failing. The Corsair RM450 is a good option.

If you want 8GB of RAM then get a 2x8GB set. You will save money that way and it should also be a little more stable if you're overclocking since it's an LGA1150 motherboard.

Also, unless you're going for a RAID configuration on your hard drives (which I assume you're probably not), I think you should just get a single 2TB hard drive or, even better, go for a 1TB hard drive and get a 120GB SSD like the Samsung 840 Evo 120GB.

Can you explain your choice of memory? Why didn't you select 2 x Corsair Vengeance LP 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory to run it in dual-channel mode? Mixing memory can lead to system errors.

I wouldn't reuse the old and slow Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 160GB.

A mid-tower case would be fine and much smaller than the one you chose, but I presume you like a large case and space isn't an issue.

You don't need an 850W PSU; a quality 500W PSU is enough.

Actually my old pc because of a power failure the main hardware (motherbord, processor, psu) got fried and dead . So the hard drives which are left from my old pc I am using them (the 1tb hard disk is new) and the 160gb hard disk is my older one
I wanted to ask that if I use the 160gb hard disk just to store files or for a bonus shortage (not for software's or the system software)will it ruin the computers speed.... I can always change the 1tb hard disk and can aad a ssd for the system soft.....

I will buy the 2(Corsair Vengeance LP 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory) will this be ok.....

I checked how much power I needed on
http://support.asus.com/powersupply.aspx
And it gave 750w so I needed some additional 50w for future additions... thats why I went towords 800w psu but a 800w psu was not available that's why I was bound to take the 850w

Actually I live in Pakistan where hardware is not massively accessible......
I would like to buy from these sites (http://galaxy.com.pk , http://www.czone.com.pk)but I can also buy from computer stores also.........
I.have a price range of $1200
