Is this a good build to play the "Next Gen Games"?

Hey, i'm planning on building a completely new PC. Will i be able to play upcoming and current games like GTA V, Witcher 3, Metro Last Light, Tomb Raider and so on, on high, no AA or FXAA, with 40-60 FPS?

RAM Gskill Ares DDR3-1600Mhz 2x4GB

As for the graphics card, currently i have a R9 270x, would it be feasible to upgrade to a 280x or wait for the 300 series?

Definitely you will be able to play these games on high/ultra settings with a constant 40 fps but the GTA V is not available on PC yet.And you can play Metro 2033 on Ultra but Metro LAst Light will be fair on High only.
