Upgrading from fx 8320 to i7 4770k OR oc fx 8320?

Im thinking of upgrading from AMD FX 8320 to i7 4770k

Is there significant difference so it would be worth buying new processor and mobo?

Or should I oc my 8320 to 4,5ghz to get more from it and forget about upgrading to Intel?

Im mainly browsing web and playing games, so rendering and that kind of stuff isnt important for me.

How much could I get more from 8320 with asrock 970 extreme4 mobo?

Im running this system with R9 280X crossfire & silverstone 1000W PSU

No your current cpu is an overkill for this gpu also i heard that intel/ati amd/nvidia aren't performing good it should be intel/nvidia amd/ati am not sure about though,better oc your current cpu and may i know hy do you got 1000w psu for this gpu? Or its in crossifre?

2GPUs so thats why 1000w psu

Cant really oc my cpu since it starts to throttle even tho all those settings are off in bios so i guess i just have shitty mobo for this setup
