Wanting to upgrade not sure what to get.

Im looking into buying a newer better graphics card right now i have a
EVGA GEFORCE GTS 250(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130513)

The two im looking at that would be in my price range would be.

Are either of these better than my old graphics card or worth the money to buy.
And is one better than the other?
I'm looking for a graphics card that can be used for gaming, and will display the games with high levels of detail.

That Radeon is more powerful than 750Ti. And x2.5 times more power-hungry, if you care.

Well how much better? Is it worth spending the money or should i just save up and get a more expensive one? I know you get what you pay for but does the price constitute the upgrade or would it not make that much of a difference?
