Great 4k gaming monitor for under 420$?

I intend to do high-end gaming like playing crysis 3, black flag, etc.
144hz, 1-2ms reaction time, full led and 24" would be what I prefer.

4K monitor for under $420 doesn't exist. You can get a 24" 1080p 144Hz monitor for ~$250

You can't do 4K gaming on just a single 780ti, you need two r9 290x's in crossfire or a r9 295X2 for 4K gaming. Tom's proved that the 4GB of vram on the 290x's is more effective at 4K than the ti's 3GB.
