Why the hell would anyone even consider buying Bay Trail when they could buy a cheaper C2Q like Q9550 and motherboard then just undervolt it to as low as .752v or at the very minimum will handle .85v which Intel lists in it's voltage range 0.8500V-1.3625V.

TDP isn't based on minimum power requirements, but is maximum and it's not run at .85V by default. The C2Q is cheaper and a more full featured platform and has more cache and if you need additional power will easily provide it.

Core 2 Duo SU9600 runs at 1.6 GHz 3 MB800 MT/s 8× 1.05–1.15 V 10 W1.050V

Fair point I suppose though you can find Micro ATX boards no problem which isn't a whole lot bigger especially if your all ready using a Micro ATX compatible case.
