Need Help Picking New MOBO

I'm looking to buy the i7-4790 so it would have to be 1150 it would have to use the Z97 chipset. I have always used Asus MOBOs without a problem so I'm leaning there but the other option would be MSI gaming 7 or ASRock. Not sure if the "RUF or TUF" option is better but I plan to use the comp for New release games and once the price drops I will add on another GPU for now just going with (and again still not sure was going with 770 then I read the R9 280X or the 290 are better) really would be grateful for some good feedback.

do you want to buy "K" version or just regular 4790 ?
if you don´t intend to buy cpu with unlocked multiplier
you don´t need to spend money on Z97 chipset motherboard ...
H97 will be enough ...

otherwise i would recommend Z97X GIGABYTE GAMING 5 or 7
when it comes to asus: Z97-PRO is very nice motherboard with quality components on VRM ...

gtx770 and 280x are quite equally powerfull cards ,
290 is a tier higher but it tends to be loud and get hot under load
(so reference cooling is not an option with this card
and even third party coolers are not always so great on this beast) ...

i7 4790k and obviously need z97 1150 mobo prob rog really only looking at asus or asrock.
