Looking for an am3+ board with video and sata 6Gb/s.

My PC just died on me so now I'm in the research faze before I build something new.

I want a board with on board video and sata 6Gbs for a SSD.

I've come across this one and I'm wounding what you guys think.

What CPU are you planning on using?

The board you picked is decent for what you need, however for FX series CPUs a 970 chipset is recommended, with 990 being preferred.

I was considering getting th FX6300.

For mobo, processor, and memory I want to try to keep it at or below $300.

The motherboard you have picked should be fine, but if you want there are still some motherboards that will serve your needs for $50 instead of $60. For RAM go with the cheapest kit with 2 4gb sticks or go with the RAM that looks the best with your motherboard.
