If you had $5000, how would you build a high-end CAD destroying machine?

Covering all/any aspects of CAD 3D and so on, no specifics here.

Just curious as to what people come up with as I may have some influence on a similar decision in the future.

I would only spend $4300... LGA2011, i7-4930k, water cooling, K5000, SSD + HD, low latency memory, and a pair of 2560x1440 monitors.
