Hi Toms,

I am a gaming enthusiast, yet unfortunately on a budget. I'm looking to slowly upgrade, or at least keep up with the times, as such I would like opinions on what I should prioritize and if possible a suggestion as to what product. I play bf4 and want a rig that would be bf5 ready on high graphics.

My current rig:

CPU: i7-2600 3.40GHz (1155) (3 years old)
Mobo: Msi H77MA-G43 (1 Month old, I was forced into replacing this prematurely)
GPU: Msi 660ti pe (1 year old)
RAM: 2x4g Corsair Vengeance (1 week old)
PSU: Cool master EX2 725 (1 year old)
HDD: Samsung 1TB (481 days old)

Thanks in advance!

Admirable
i7 4770 or Xeon E3-1241v3
An H97 chipset
Radeon R9 280 or GF GTX 760
8 gigs of RAM
1TB of hard drive space
650W PSU
...
should set you back about 800€

But the one you have... I think it would be better if you just wait for BF5 to come out then see if you can run it on high... might work, but I am pretty certain all you would need to change would be the graphics card.

Either way, it is better to wait for BF5, since when it is released, this particular build that I suggested may not be the best hardware for the money anymore.
