G.Skill F2-7200CL4D Memory

Hello,
I have a question about my RAM.
The CPU is E8400 overclocked to 3.6Ghz and a Gigabyte P43 mobo.
I have the G.Skill F2-7200CL4D rated at 900Mhz with 4-4-4-12 timings and I Don't know which profile to use.
Right now its on 1066Mhz 5-5-5-15.
Is 900Mhz (4-4-4-12) better?
Can I even set it to the above with a 400Mhz FSB?

Lower timings should be better. You can use a benchmark test to find out.

There are many memory benchmark tests you can download, most popular ones are AIDA64 and Passmark.
