How to repair my internet?

Hey guys well about a month now my internet speed increased and well i called my ISP and they said that upgrades were done, then i realized i cannot play any online games for eg Call of duty multiplayers, i wasnt getting any servers so i called my ISP had them drop my nnetwork firewall and still doesn't work can someone assist me with this please?
