Need help bottleneck a good graphics card

Im planning on buying a new graphics card, and i want to run my games on the highest settings.
However im not sure what to choose or if it will bottleneck with my cpu
i also would like to know what kind of power supply is need for each graphics card.

my current system specs:
cpu: amd a10 5700 accelerated processor
amd redeon hd 7660d
10gb ram
2tb hard drive

The games i want to play: far cry 3, Assassins creed 4 etc...

Budget? Btw you've chose some ubishit games eh? I mean they do great games story etc but they need 3k pc's to run on ultra 1080p ac4 and fc3 will be replaced with ac5 and fc4 in the incoming month so if you play those two from 2012 and 2013 you wull play the ac5 and fc4 so from my exp with ac4 i get 30-58 fps gtx 770 msi oc edition i5 3350p 8 ram 1600mhz on high not even ultra so you may be looking at some r9 290 if you're a amd/ati follower but with that cpu you may be looking at new one cause yours is worse than mine,mine is getting low fps so get fx 8350 or something the ram is more than enough so tell us your budget and res and we will see what can we do!

right now im playing bf3 and batman arkham city on medium-high
