all in one touch screen please help!!!!!!

Hi all, ok, I have desktop pc with win 8, I also have a dell inspiron all in one pc also on win 8, it has a hdmi port that I'm using to view the pc with, as a monitor and I'm switching between the two pc's (there's a source button, also supports vga and composite input) as need be.....my question is: is there a way to allow the monitors integrated touch function to be used on my other pc.

Because the touch panel isn't connected to the other PC. It's not designed to work the way you propose.
