I have tried everything I know to get this to work I got a new 750w psu and a xfx r9 280x gpu. I get no display when I try. From what I found out I think my problem is with my motherboard bios, however i am at the latest version. Is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance.

weird, u can try resetting bios to default settings, also if u already have ur old gpu plugged in, make sure u delete all drivers before installing the new one.

might just be that dell arent nice enough to let u upgrade freely, and it wont support new gpu's.

Im having the exact same issue. MSI 280x arrived today. Did the install of the drivers correctly. The MSI has this switch that changes between legacy bios and hybrid bios. Wouldn't post on the hybrid bios, but it did on the legacy. Played a game for about a hour and then started to crash to grey and black screens. Now the computer refuses to post with the 280x at all. My old 6700 works fine though.
