I am really new to building gaming pc and i just wanted to know if this was decent enought to play current and future games and how long until i might need to replace it. Or if it is even good at all, please and thank you.

Processor
AMD A10-6800K APU (4x 4.10GHZ/4MB L2 Cache)
Processor Cooling
Liquid CPU Cooling System [AMD] - Standard 120mm Fan
Memory
8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - Corsair or Major Brand
Video Card
AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB - Single Card
Motherboard
ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer
Primary Hard Drive
1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive

The total cost is around $700 US and if i'm missing anything a good reminder would be nice =D.

You are already going for a Graphics Card which can run almost all modern games at high settings in 1080p at decent FPS. So why are you buying an APU with that? R9 270X is already better than the integrated GPU of A10 6800K, so no good is coming out of that integrated GPU. I would recommend you to get a FX 8350 or if you are low on budget AMD FX 6350
By the Way, You didn't mention the PSU. Your card requires a 500W PSu, but it is better to go with a 600W or more, since you have other components to that need power.
