I currently am using Intel i7-2600 3.4ghz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan
Asus P8 Z77-V LK Motherboard
GTX 780 ti GPU
I have plenty of cooling with 4 220mm fans as well.
I don't do any video editing etc, just gaming I was just wondering what CPU would be worth upgrading to or is it even worth upgrading my CPU yet?

Thanks

No it's not worth upgrading your CPU yet. You've asked this many times before in different threads you've created. I recommend you wait for Skylake; then you can purchase a new motherboard and CPU. Your current motherboard won't support anything beyond Ivy Bridge, as I've stated countless times. Look over your previous threads.

If you seriously want to upgrade your current CPU to 4th generation, then get a new motherboard and CPU. Since you're so eager to upgrade your CPU, purchase a Z97 motherboard so you can upgrade to Broadwell as soon as they're out too.

Here's a Z97 motherboard with an i7-4790K:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($339.99 @ TigerDirect)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 PRO3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $439.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

All the best.
