I am planning on buying a new, much larger 3.5" SATA drive for my desktop. However, my pc only has a slot for one HDD, so I need to replace the old one with the new. I can't afford to buy another copy of windows, so I need to transfer everything from my old HDD onto the new. However, I don't know how to do this. Can anyone help? I don't want to buy anything to have to do the process.

If you can at least have them both hooked up at the same time temporarly you can just Clone the hard drive. Just need to know if you have 32 bit or 64 Bit windows 7.

You can download some free software here
