Comparing these 5 CPUs

Intel Core i3-4150 vs Intel Core i5-4440 vs AMD FX-4300 vs AMD FX-6300 vs AMD FX-8350

Which one will deliver better performance?
Can you show me their benchmarks?
P.S: I do not want any throttle and heating Issues at stock cooler.

The i5 is best hands down. After that, it depends on the application. The i3 will beat all of the FXs in single core performance and in most games, while the FX8350 and FX6300 will beat the i3 in heavy multitasking. The FX4300 gets last place.

Does i5 has throttling issue? I do not want to face that problem again as it is on my fx-4100 right now.

I agree with the first answer the i5 is the best option hands down...no there are not throttling issues with the i5 intel designs the stock cooler to allow the cpu to be able to achieve its max performance. That being said it is not the best at doing that and you will see higher temps and much more noise than even cheap after market cpus (as with almost every stock cooler even the amd ones).....if you are concerned with that you could purchase a cheap aftermarket cooler to keep things cool.
