I saw a 23 inch monitor on newegg with a shell shocker deal. If it is $120 it would allow me to buy a case for $70 over 60 and that would be great. The only thing wrong with it, is that the refresh rate is 6ms opposed to 5ms. Should I get it anyway for gaming??? Please help this noob. Thanks in advance!

My budget for the monitor is 120-130. I still don't know what the price will drop to, so I might not even be able to get it when the deal is up. Here's the link: http://www.newegg.com/Special/ShellShocker.aspx?cm_sp=ShellShocker-_-24-009-514-_-06232014_3

[strike]I see a Samsung SSD at that link. :p[/strike] Nevermind, I see it.

I'm fairly sure just about any modern 1080p panel will have a response time fast enough that you'll never notice any ghosting. I haven't really heard anything about that in several years.

At this price range your largest concern is construction quality, in my opinion. The image quality is usually alright, but the stands are often rather flimsy. I'd check them out in a store like Best Buy before buying.
