Graphics Card suggestion, £150 budget.

After my last graphics card died horribly in a blazing inferno (exaggeration), I RMA'd it as was suggested to me here, I now have £150 to spend on a new one.
I tried looking for another HD7870 from Sapphire or MSI but new ones are either out of stock, or way more expensive than they used to be and I don't want to buy a used one because I really want the warranty.
I'm looking for something that can run current games on high settings and future games maybe on medium (asking for more is most likely out of my price range).
I don't care about noise, I just want it to run well and cool (unlike my last one, 95*C+? No thanks).

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion!
That is indeed a very sexy card, unfortunately I really can't afford the extra £50 at the moment.

you'll DEFINATELY be able to get an R9 270X under budget, here's one now! http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/AMD+Radeon/Radeon+R9+270/Sapphire+Radeon+R9+270X+Dual-X+Boost+OC+AMD+Graphics+Card+2GB+Graphics+Card+%2B+FREE+2x+Games%21+?productId=57842
Add twenty quid and you can move up a little further to the R 9 280: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-143-GI&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1842
