Which GPU would work best?

Your GPU is perfect for that system. Even if you change it to a better one, you'll have no bottlenecks.

I mean I want to get a less expensive GPU to lower the price. What GPU would be close to the one I have selected but for a cheaper price?

If you're just looking to lower the cost of the system then ditch those extra case fans. The case will offer plenty of airflow with the 120mm input, 120mm exhaust, and 140mm top fan. The Hyper 212 EVO likely won't fit with fans on the side panel anyway...

Leave the GPU in the build. It's what you should go along with an FX-6300.

I just have those fans in their to replace the rear and top because I've heard that fans that come with the case are usually loud and not very good. Do you know if the fans included are good or not?

I would give the stock fans a try. If you absolutely can't stand the sound of the fans then you can replace them later. You'll regret downgrading the GPU.
