my pc is locked.

i use windows 7 and i have my administrator account and password on.i have also created a user account for my brother.yesterday i came from college and saw he locked my pc.the screen is black, there is no image of windows or anything.it asked password,not admin password. how did he do it? what is the solution?

Just input your admin or user password and then go into BIOS and disable admin password.

how do i boot into safe mode ? cause admin password is not taken.

Turn computer on and once BIOS flash screen hits, start tapping the F8 key which will take you to a DOS type menu and select safe mode or safe mode w/ networking
