I am new, so I will do my best to not make anyone upset. This seems like the kinda place to ask this question...if it isn't, then I'm sorry and I'm ashamed...but simply put, I am trying to find parts to build a gaming PC for around $700. It is not a super strict budget, just something that I would like to keep as low as possible because I am generally a console gamer and I am just exploring some new waters.

I think I want these parts (but I am looking for guidance):
Geforce GTX 750 ti Superclock----Part # 02G-P4-3753-KR
Intel Core i5-4570 Quad Core------Part # BX80646I54570

These are the basis of my only question currently. Preliminary research suggests that these products will provide the most performance per dollar.

Oh, and lastly...I want to get an SSD to run my OS off of. What is the smallest SSD I can get to run Windows 7 and a few steam games at a time?

Edit: Forgot to add that I will just be playing games off of my small 720p tv...if that helps.
