Low budget gaming computer. HELP?

Ok, so I'm back with another low budget computer that I need input on. I put together a PC that I will run Linux or Ubuntu on so I can avoid the price of windows. Please give me input on the build and if the OS listed above are good choices. I would be playing BF4 and DayZ mostly.

Would the Stream OS be an option I know that it only works for Nvidia Cards so could someone please tell me what is a good substitute that would be under $400?
