Currently I am using Intel SSDSC2CW24 which is 240gb for system, games, functional programs and regular HDD for other crap. I was wondering is it worth it to get samsung evo 120 gb ( 79$ ) on amazon and use it for system and functional programs and use intel for games only. My motherboard is Asus P9X79 pro and according to spec I have 4x SATA 6gb/s ports, so just in case I still have some room for some more in the future. What do you think?

You can. Only you can determine if its worth it.
To me its not worth the work to reinstall everything. If I needed more room I would just add the drive as my "newer games" drive and leave the windows install where it is. Either way leaves you selecting the other drive when you install programs since windows will default to trying to install on the C: drive.
