icons not visible

I do not have access to my computer because it is a blank screen after I have turn it on. The only I can see is my wallpaper and screensaver.

The start menu does not come up or appear, nor do the icons I have on my desktop.

I tried alt ctrl del andopened task manager. under new task i entered explorer.exe.

But it says windows cannot find 'explorer.exe'. make sure you typed name correctly.

please help me

Usually caused by a malware infection and almost always requires a re-install of Windows or a Factory Recovery, whichever is available to you.
