Choosing RAM for 4th generation i5 4670k

So I'm upgrading my computer, but it might as well be a new build because the only things I'm not upgrading are my case fans.

Here's a quick list of parts:

The last thing I'm picking out is the RAM. I've got my eyes on some RAM but I know pretty much next to nothing about the finer points. For instance, I'm getting a 4th generation CPU but I only see in the descriptions that there is support for the first, second and third generations. The last link (Trident X) does mention 4th gen in the page's overview though.

I also don't know what timing I should be looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anything that will save me from having to talk to the cranky as hell IT guy at work. Seriously, he's scary. The kind of scary that makes me fear the elevator doors opening.
