Leftover Nvidia files causing blue screen?

Hey guys. A couple of months ago i changed my GPU from a Nvidia one to a AMD one.

Geforce GTX 560 Ti --> R9 280x to be exact.

For uninstalling all the Nvidia programs and files I used a custom guide that seemed to work out great. But since I bought this PC (~2 years ago) I haven't had a single blue screen issue. But since I changed GPU I've had something like 3 total. They do not occur frequently, but I am fairly certain that is has to do with remaining Nvidia files.

I've done as the guide said to remove all "NVIDIA Corporation" folders from "Regedit". But every time I check there again after a blue screen there is a "NVIDIA Corporation" folder that's back there again. When I search for "nvidia" in Regedit I find several files that could potentially cause this blue screen issue.

So my question is: Do you think this issue can be solved by removing more Nvidia related files from the Regedit? And if not, how do you think i should approach this?

Above is the guide I used if that's to any help. Thanks in advance.
