I am thinking of selling my PC so I can buy a better one.

Intel i5 2320 3.0GHZ
Joshua u61 Motherboard uATX
Sapphire r9 290 Tri-x
6gb (1x2,1x40) Ram
Seasonic 650W PSU
250gb Samsung SSD
1tb Western Harddrive
Normal Disk Drive
Rajiteck CPU Cooler

Why not just upgrade the PC you currently have? Get a better CPU+motherboard, and matching ram so you can actually use a proper dual channel configuration. The rest of your components are fine, and not needing an upgrade as far as I can tell. Where some of your parts are practically new, you may lose to much money on them selling them used in my opinion. Hope this helps somewhat.
