Has anyone built a NASCAR simulator?

I'm wondering about PC hardware...video card, processor, etc.

Thanks!

You will need a racing wheel for peripherals as for hardware an intel i3 cpu minimum and probably a 7770 GPU and 4gb RAM as a minimum

for exact hardware look up the requirements for the game and base the build off of that.

More details:

The system will be running iRacing.

A PVC-pipe cage will simulate a car's driver seat. We will pull a seat from a real car to give the right feel.

We will add a steering wheel, pedals, shifter, switch panel, etc.

The windshield will be a 42" LCD, and there will be a smaller LCD for the gauges.

sounds good and for the games look up the requirements of the highest game get that GPU and get that or see how much said GPU is and if it is affordable get a better one for other newer harder to run games and when the build is done make a you-tube video about because it would be interesting
